Doing what’s already been done is our greatest achievement in these times. Over and over we strive to achieve the same result.  This is a heavy truth in the luthier world.  It’s so heavy, that to move it off of the rudiments requires a brutish force of mind and body that come through a practice of warring with one self, warring with the standard, and warring with the rutted deep-welled thinking of our teachers.
